Kopanang Thekiso

Kopanang, a Botswana citizen, joined DSS in 2016 and is responsible for the firm’s provision of insolvency and accounting services to the firm’s clients. Prior to joining DSS, Kopanang spent his career in commerce and industry where he held senior finance positions.
Kopanang has accumulated over 25 years of experience in the commercial and professional sectors in Botswana and South Africa. Stephen Pezarro
BCompt (Hons) (UNISA), FCA (Zimbabwe), FCA (Botswana)
Stephen joined DSS in January 2021 and is responsible for the provision of advisory and company secretarial services to the firm’s clients. He has a background in Corporate Advisory, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions, fund raising in the Capital and Debt markets and transaction management for corporate actions.
In 2001 Stephen established Corpserve Botswana, the leading independent provider of investor management services to companies with equity and debt securities listed on the Botswana Stock Exchange and those that have delisted and retain large unlisted share registers and brings this experience, in particular, to the benefit of our compliance, regulatory and governance services.
Stephen has accumulated over 30 years in the provision of professional services in the Southern African region since completing his articles with Deloitte in Zimbabwe. Stephen can be contacted at stephen@dss.co.bw
